This episode, I share a drink and conversation with current UCLA graduate students and POOL editors, Connor Verteramo and Kevin MacDougall. Our conversation is a special preview to UCLA's student publication, POOL theme, "Nostalgia." We dive into the in's and out's of nostalgia within the discipline and practice of architecture. On this episode, Danny Travis and I share a beer and conversation with Anna Neimark. We were struck by a question Anna posed during this past summer's thesis reviews at SCI-ARC: "What kind of Architect do you want to be?" This seems to be a burning question for young architects/students, and we hope this conversation sheds some light into the paths, and gives some perspective.
